I have been taking hydrolyzed collagen the last couple of months and decided to add in gelatin powder to help with gut healing. I choose this brand because it is flavorless which makes it very versatile in how i use. So far i am very pleased. I use this with my coffee in the morning on an empty stomach and also last thing at night before bed on am empty stomach still. My gut has significantly improved and i hope it heals completely in the coming months. I highly recommend this and will be buying again especially when on sale. gelatin is one of my favorite anti aging products when I take gelatin a usually notice a difference in my skin in 24hours. an added firmness and glowy quality. this gelatin is the best I have found at this price and it is superior to Knox by far. I take between a teaspoon and tablespoon a day and find it's more effective than skincare(although I am still extremely diligent with skincare as well) when it comes to anti aging and skin evenness. take it with l-lysine and vitamin c for the most effect. if you have to choose between gelatin and a face cream I'd say gelatin is the better choice. the taste is bad if taken in hot water(I suffer anyways) but made into jello or marshmallows it's fine.
like that this is a quality product packaged as a single ingredient with benefits for all ages ( I give it also to my tween son who needs it for rapid growth. ) Taking it after a week, I've seen significant improvement on my tight knee and sensitive teeth, most likely due to deficiency in bioavailable bone building minerals. I make herbal jello on a regular basis. Basically 3 cups of hot tea, add 3 Tbsp of gelatin powder along 1/4 cup lemon juice & 1/4 cup of honey to the mix. Pour it into a glass dish & cut into squares once it sets. It does take a lot of stirring before this particular brand dissolves. I like that it's a grass-fed source.
Excellent product, I use one scoop everyday to boost my hair and nails growth and to fight the signs of aging… I add the powder to my bone broth to make it thicker… I feel my wrinkles and expression lines less visible and my skin glowing. I am using the ingredient as a cheap form of collagen. I put a tablespoon full in a cup of herbal tea and heat until dissolved. It has no taste, but may add cream or sweetener to tea for drinking pleasure. The quality is fine and compares to other similar products.
I liked it and used it in a very different recipes . It's a great addition to your nutrition. It has many benefits like,better skin and nails, better and stronger joints especially when combined with lemon and vitamin c.... Add to that it's great for guts healing . I used to mix in coffee and my children daily milk. Taste just nice! It dissolves very well :) The ingredients are just nice for what i need! Recommended!
Quality ingredient, do wish it came in a bigger size. It is great for my age as it provides everything needed for women’s daily health. Love the natural form of vitamins and their potency. Packaging was nice and easy to open. So far effective and I am hoping it is helping me in what I’m deficient in. Taste is alright nothing too crazy.
I love this product. I use it in a mixture which is not cooked and there is no taste or smell to it. I have been using it for my hips because I have been diagnosed with arthritis. I see a huge benefit with this product as I am moving better than I have in awhile. Also I notice other benefits, my hair, skin all look better. Highly recommend.
