This is the best honey because not only is is raw and unfiltered, it is enriched with royal jelly and propolis two patent immune boosters. I take it in my herbal teas and hot lemon water.

My family stays healthier in cold and flu season by using this honey along with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of warm water every day. Don't know why it works, but it does.
