This product help me to recover after hard workout. Also the taste is excellent. Sometimes I make konyaku jelly with this powder. It is 0 calories dessert for me and good for cooling. Mostly BCAA don't contain glutamine. But this product contain it and I don't need to get glutamine.

After a long break, I finally returned to the gym and my friend recommended I try Xtend's BCAA. In the past, I tried several other brands, and in terms of workout benefits, this one does the job noticeably. I give 4 stars just because I was a little disappointed with the taste - there is some artificial after taste, it is not horrible but the brand holds other more pleasant and smooth tastes. In terms of sweetness, it seems to be not too sweet but also not sour, pretty neutral apple I'd say.

I find that the flavors of the orginal extend series can vary in strength of flavor, most being very weak. This does not apply to Smash Apple - it's got great flavor and it's my go to (followed by Mango Madness).

I use this also in my everyday life- as it is harder for me to consume juat water. Have to say this has great flavor. I really enjoyed it.

I find this apple taste is better than the mango one.i drink 2 servings a day . it helps me a lot during working out or when I need hydration . To be honest I haven't had the chance to try other brands .

This powder is great to dissolve in a huge (42oz preferably) bottle of water - it has an apple taste that’s best compared to jolly ranchers apple flavour (less like apple juice - more like apple candy). The one super off putting thing about it though is the colour - it’s a super bright fluorescent green when mixed into water, and a weird almost purple colour before mixing. The colour is probably the one thing that will prevent me from repurchasing - and the flavour honestly gets old very quickly. I love apple juice and apple candy but this isn’t one you will reach for every day - I would stick to watermelon/mango in this line up as they’re a lot milder and less artificial tasting.
