At first I just ate it straight from the bag. Almonds, Tahitian Vanilla and Maple crystals, what high quality ingredients! When I made milk I realized this is so much better than a boxed Almond Milk. Healthier, more delicious, and freshly made in my own kitchen. I can make it on demand with no special tools. It is ready to make when I need it and stored in the cupboard. No soaking or straining Almonds to make the freshest milk in town. I like the convenient size but I'd also like to order a bucket because I make a large bottle of milk and keep it in the fridge for the week. I eat it on cereal, drink it in my lattes and even in frosting for cakes. I recommend taking these handy pouch servings along when traveling. I like to put it in oatmeal if I'm in a hotel. No refrigeration necessary. You don't need to blend it in oatmeal, I just mix it in. A little goes a long way. One of these packages makes three cartons of milk.
