the taste is perfect, easy to dilute in water, however, it doesn't dissolve completely.

I use half cup in my late morning smoothie combined with my vegan pure protein powder and my fav ingredients, and it’s just adjust my stomach so well. It’s been more than a year now so I can definitely say how my system changed and the effect that I got. I believe in consistency more than quantity, so yea rarely I use one full cup but I make sure to integrate Vibrant Health every day. Seriously recommend! (The price is a bit high but again.. it is worth it)

Unfortunately this product is no longer available in my region, but when it was I would buy it. It has a good taste and nice effect on my body. It is full of great things and nutrients and I recommend trying it if you're looking for a such a product. Thank you :)

Taste is not great but acceptable, feel good , and bloatedness is gone , plus it worked for people who may have constipation . I still feel hungry after drinking though but slept well. Over all, I’m impressed. Price is steep but knowing that it contains everything except for omegas , I think it’s not that expensive after all. I don’t have to buy and swallow any other pills except for omegas . I do recommend this because the effectiveness of this product can be felt . Update - I normally can only eat 3 slices of pizza at maximum because i will feel very full and very bloated , but yesterday I finished the whole pizza (small pizza) and I didn’t feel bloated at all. Overall , I would say that my appetite improved, and I didn’t gain weight at all despite that. I seems to enjoy food more than before . Also , I have mild atopic eczema and my skin seems to have healed faster too .
