It is so much cheaper to buy this organic lemon balm tea in iherb. Try it if you have anxiety and suffer from insomnia. It will help to calm your mind and nerve system. Heard it may do some good for those have eyes floaters. Thanks to give me a thumbs up.

I really like these tea bags, so much easier than making the loose tea when you are in a hurry or don't feel like it. The lemon balm is very relaxing, maybe a bit too relaxing for me at times, but that's just the effect it has on my personally. I have to make sure I don't have anything to do when using lemon balm, seems to put me to sleep.

This tea actually helps me sleep. I have tea every evening at 6pm. It is hard to find this tea at local grocery, so I order from IHerb and get it at a very reasonable price. My last order, I purchased 5 boxes. Tea has a mild flavor, which I like.

I bought this tea because I was once taking a vitamin with lemon balm in it that was supposed to help with bloating. when I saw that the tea would help calm me as well as and aid in digestion, I was intrigued to try it. I've been drinking this tea every night for four nights before bed with honey. I never sleep through the night, consistently waking up at least 2 to 4 times. Ever since drinking this tea, I've slept through the night and fell asleep quicker. My digestion has also surprisingly improved, which I feel in turn has helped with bloating. I'm impressed and I will continue to buy this tea and drink it every single night!

The best Lemon Balm tea available. There is no other that I would try in place of, given my experiences with this product. I recommend it to everyone. It is best enjoyed before rest at night, to support the body (and central nervous system) in readying for sleep. It boasts a pleasant flavour, but it is the scent that is distinctly wonderful.

It does give a sense of relaxation, I only drink it occasionally so I don't know whether its effect perseveres if used on a daily basis. I liked the quality of the tea itself, I think it's excellent. What I didn't like was the fact that there is a small staple on each tea bag, I took it out before steeping the tea.

I found this lemon balm tea way less citrusy than the others I’ve tried before. This one is more in the herbal side and it has a mild scent and flavor similar to chamomile tea.

The taste is great. But I do not know why each teabag is stapled. With the staple on it, I do not feel comfortable soaking it in water. I have to remove the staple every time before use. I had tried traditional medicinals hibiscus and peppermint tea and there was no staple. Hope they can remove the staple from teabags, please.
