Actually this might be one of my favorite no sugar added protein bars ever in terms of taste. Very good! Has a nice hearty taste. However it’s quite high in calories. I don’t eat it so much these days but back when I had a crazy work schedule I always had this in my bag to eat at work. Good source of protein. A little bit high in added fats. My favorite part is that it had no added sugars and no artificial sweeteners. They just use sugar alcohol to sweeten. If you can afford the calories and afford the price then highly recommend. I have been having these in the morning when I don't have time for breakfast. I don't like bars that are too sweet-tasting (regardless of what is used to sweeten them), and these are not. The chocolate coating makes a nice and delicious combination with the chunky peanut butter filling. These are nutritious and give you 20 g of protein and 240 calories (so they are not low calorie). The protein is a mix of soy and whey, so not vegan but still high-quality protein.
these bars have a nice flavor and texture, they are also very filling, the quality of the ingredients could be better- the combination of the protein is not the best and it has sugar alcohols which can upset the stomach. In my case, the bars don’t cause any distress, but would be careful with that :)
