This product came in good time and was in great shape. It does not expire until 03/2023. I have used this brand for several years and it has always been a good product. I especially like that this version of Iodine has tyrosine and selenium which are great for thyroid health. I sometimes will take this when I have been out and around people a lot as it seems to help boost my immune system.

I have been on Armor Thyroid for over 8yrs due to hypothyroidism. Started taking this over 5yrs ago to support my whole adrenal system and what a difference! It gives me a lot more energy! For the first month I took 3 caps, second month I took 2 caps and now I take 1 a day. Great support for whole adrenal system!

I haven’t been taking this long enough to fully say it’s great, but the quality of the ingredients is there. The pill is normal sized and I take this supplement every morning on an empty stomach.
