I was taking another unnamed brand stating 500 mg ellagic but the ellagictins were only 10 mg and wasn't getting the results I expected. Decided to give this a try and am happier with the results. Excellent value.

Past 55 most of my hair had turned whitish-gray. Tried ellagic acid together with quercetin and bromelain. Surprise, after a few weeks, my hair had gone back to maybe halfway its former dark color. It looked middle-grey. Ran out of the suplement. Lo and behold, within weeks, the whitish grey coloring slowly returned. Got another bottle of ellagic acid, tried it alone. Now two weeks of taking one tablet on most evenings, darker hair color returns. It is not looking like new growth pushing out a dyed lenght of hair. It appears to be from within. Disclaimer: Everyone has different enzyme balance. What works for me might not work for you.

i would normally give this 5 stars based on previous experience, however this batch seems weak when i get a sore throat i would use this as a lozenge and the pain would go away within the first one maximum 2 days from the taste and effectiveness i would rate this as a weak batch; i hope future batches will go back to previous standard for now i have to double or triple the dosage.. Ellagic acid is a great anti-viral and overall immune booster.
I change off with Astaxanthin - too much antioxidants are not good for the body. They can start a detox and as the body cleanses, one may not feel too well for a couple of days. A good sign to give the liver a rest!
