From what I've read, this form of B-12 (sublingual methylcobalamin) is the most readily absorbed. I'm glad I chose the Source Naturals brand, . as it flavor is pleasant . And in fact, after taking it regularly for the time specified by my GP, my B-12 went from nearly depleted to the normal range.
