The quality is excellent. The size is so small to swallow easily as you see in the pic. The dosage is once in a day. It effect my immunity and bones. I can’t stay under the sun. Therefore, my D3 is low always. Before using D3, I had pain on my feet bones. It healed my pain. It has no taste. Ingredients has no any additives. The package was undeformed and unopened.
