Hasn’t caused any type of reaction from my pets. Used in a larger machine to clean large areas of carpet in my house. Smells good and got all the stains out. I also used this to clean the carpets in my car when someone cut me off and caused eggs I had bough to break on my carpet. Lastly, I used this in a spray bottle to clean some of my old shoes with a small brush to agitate and they came out looking really good. Overall very satisfied with this product and it’s versatility and I highly recommend it!!!

This shampoo is the only thing that helps to clean out the pee odor from the sofa (and at the same time is quite safe in terms of toxicity than other options)
It really works!! I used it for my sofa and armchairs which are in beige colour and got stained over time. Just follow the instructions on the bottle and you’ll get the result. I like the fact it doesn’t have any chemicals in it. Great choice!
I am extremely happy I found this on iHerb because this is such a good product that is so hard to come by! I have pets and of course I worry about the ingredients in item so it is really hard to find things that are pet safe. Please keep stocking these!

I’ve been a little disappointed noticing that I need to rinse the carpet afterward within the floor washing machine. But it refers more to RTFM not the product Besides that the product is very nice and pleasant to use
not a huge fan of this tool, The smell is not bad, but as a carpet shampoo did not fit. It foams a lot in the vacuum cleaner. you need to use it several times. doesnt remove stains too effectively. wish it had a spray bottle that would make it a lot easier to use.
Unfortunately, didn't work that well for us. Smells nice, but we saw no difference in our carpet before and after we used the cleaner. We also cleaned some spots with plain water and some with this cleaner, and really couldn't tell the difference. But, I did spray a bit of this on the microfiber cloth of my steam mop and am happy with how it works for that use.
Works well, has a nice subtle smell. Good for refreshing upholstery.
