This is a staple in my home. I love to make homemade chocolate, and this is an essential ingredient. I also use this for body balm, and LOVE the smell. I feel so nourished whether I eat the product or put it on my body. I only wish the company offered this is a larger bag. I will keep buying this as long as it is available. The contents are smooth, which makes me feeling Iike I am buying a great quality product.
Oh this is super food for sure! I used this to make white chocolate candy ! It was so delicious! I just added organic sugar and a dried fruit mix and a bit of water. Then when it all melted together I poured it into some small tostada molds. Let it cool and then refrigerated them. They were so delicious and I became an addictive consumer! I made pecan using cocoa butter instead of “plant based butter “! What an awesome product to be organic and so flavorful! Affordable too considering you are getting something pure!
This is pure cacao butter, which means there are no fillers or additives. It's great for including in all sorts of recipes, especially baked goods. It provides good, nutritious fat to your diet, which is beneficial for good health. The taste is reminiscent of unsweerened white chocolate in a way. It adds creaminess to beverages and desserts. Really lovely cacao butter, with a mellow, almost 'wine' like subtle tone to its flavor. Soft, tasty and I basically ate chunks out of the bag as a treat and loved the taste. If you like it sweeter, I can recommend to add a little Lakanto (brand) monkfruit sugar as a keto-friendly treat. Would easily melt and make white cocoa, be good in keto coffee, etc.
I love this product! The quality is amazing, luxurious and high end. The smell is so enticing. I added it to my chocolate mint teeccino for a “Keto coffee” alternative as I am sensitive to dairy and caffeine

I think this is my first time purchasing cacao butter so I don't have anything else to compare to. But it had a nice scent and I use for my lotion.
Wonderful to use in homemade chocolates and to add extra nutrition to elixirs. I like using it in homemade skin products as well- body butters, lip balms, etc. Great product overall!
it comes in big chunks, so I guess you have to find a way to break them (if you are not melting them). I contacted the company, because there are no storage instructions. They said a cold and dark place.
