Ever since I tried this Sleep3+ I reached an straight 6-8 hours of sleep. Which is helpful for me cause I have trouble sleeping.

I bought it because my parents were raving about how great it is. I am not sure maybe it depends on age and overall health, but for me it always felt that it made things worth whenever I took it I felt I was turning into a vegetable for the whole day and a day after. Yes it promotes sleep but everything around sleeping was very bad :( When I take 1 or maximum 2 gr pure melatonin I feel lot better and this just makes me sad, tired and depressed. But just to be clear, I am on ADHD medication so maybe it can't interact well I don't know. Make sure that you pay close attention to ingredients and how it interacts with your overall mental health situation

I am totally impressed with these tablets. I take them about half to a hour before bed and totally sleep all night. They actually work for me. Great product.

Good design concept of fast/slow release melatonin with something extra to solve the atypical inhibitor to good sleep, that being stress. Unfortunately this product doesn't seem to deliver outstanding results for any of the three targets. My subjective experience is: -The Stress Support component does nothing noticeable in the 30mins leading up to bed time or, during my time in bed. -The fast release component isn't as powerful/effective as a simple 1mg fast release Melatonin product I've also tried in recent months. I take longer to go to sleep with this product than the 1mg fast release product from another brand. -The slow release component seems to be moderately effective however it's generating a lot of REM minutes according to my fitness tracker which is the stage where I experience a lot of turning/moving in bed. This is compared with not using the product or using another melatonin supplement. Unsure why this one increases the REM so much, perhaps because the alleged Melatonin dose is 10mg which is way higher than normal/appropriate!? I'm inclined to try other fast/slow release products to see if they work as well or better. Failing that I'll go back to taking two pills, one fast release one slow release.
