Fantastic product!! I live with Bipolar and PTSD, SAMe has helped to find a good balance with my moods and anxieties. It also has the added benefits of reducing the pains of osteoarthritis. I love it!! My attention to stressful situations is greatly reduced and I a able to focus properly on what's important in my days.
I was prescribed Zoloft for lack of motivation/energy due to perimenopause. After reading about the side effects, I got a bit scared so I looked for natural alternatives and found this. (please note that I am *NOT* recommending everyone who is on Zoloft switch to this - just sharing my personal opinion/experience, which might not reflect your situation.) I have been taking it for about a month now and haven't had the bad "dip" in my mental wellbeing. I use a pill cutter to cut in half and take it every morning. I am thinking maybe I can even take alternative days. It's not something that makes me feel "happy" but it definitely helps stabilize my mood. Easy to swallow especially when cut in half.

I believe Natural Factors have good quality and good ingredients. I give this to my senior dogs, for their liver health..along with silymarin milk thistle.. hopefully my pups got the benefit
These are supposed to be time release, but they cause much more irritability than certain other brands do. Nevertheless, I have no doubt of their potency.
Notable good quality for price. No noticable gastro intestinal side effects, as i have experienced with some brands. Good for mood and attention, and mild anti inflamatory. A good buy.
