Although it is slightly more expensive than a few other brands, it seems to be more effective and is better absorbed by the body. Hence, I would say it is pretty value for money. Thank you.
A lower dosage than I usually get but I will take two pills when the 100mg is out of stock. Decent in times of great need.
I read that 50mg of Pycnogenol a day actually works as an anti-oxydant, and the fact that it's basically French Maritime Pine is already a winner to me. But I think that even though to help vein circulation issues you have to increase the dosage (so I read) I do believe that it helps me on these issues. Anyhow it is a good product and I will repurchase.
I added this to my shake, it has a bit of a grainy taste but good impact.
