Alpha lipoic acid is good for antioxidant, anti aging and also anti inflammatory. I feel my shoulder pain improving, more energetic thought out the days. I give 4 stars because I’m taking with others supplements like vitamin c, ca, mg, b complex and more. I can’t tell exactly which works and which not. But I can tell I feel better.

it helped my mom with shaky hands, size is good and the package is small benefits i really enjoyed using it, it doesn’t have a strong scent and it has a good quality and the size is a bit small and the package is small too and its gentle on the skin but its not really good for sensitive skin
