The quality ingredients of this product are excellent, 5htp benefits are great for moods, the dosage is good, and the size of the tablet is ok. There is no aftertaste which is a plus and Suppresses your appetite on point! I’m starting to notice results after a week already.

A very potent product. You get a nice energy kick in the morning but then it tapers off nicely. I don’t feel jittery. Combined with intermittent fasting I’m starting to notice results after a week already.

It’s my first day taking it. Normally I’m quite hungry during my eating window but don’t feel anything at all! Also I felt quite relax through out the day and more focus! Would update after a month if it helps me losing weight
