I find this product works well for keeping bugs at bay. It's not overwhelming to use and I find if I lay my head to each side for about 30 seconds after I use it that it helps keep cover all my sinuses and keeps me from blowing it all back out.
If you're expecting a sweet and gentle product with notes of Manuka honey, you're in for a big surprise. Honey is clearly identifiable, but this product is more like Rambo with a machine gun covered in Manuka honey (I suppose citric acid is responsible of the discomfort). In any case it works, so the choice is yours. I use it two to four times a day.

Solid product, does the job well of cleaning the nose without much irritation, the taste/flavor is that of honey which isn’t too bad when it gets to throat as it is sweeter. I use nasal sprays often for sinus problems. I have tried many brands before and this brand has its natural ingredients I feel is safe to use long term. it's the first nasal spray that used Manuka honey which i thought was a good idea to try. Manuka honey is known for its anti-bacterial actions. it is very moistening and the best tasting one i have used ( you taste the honey mildly when it enters your throat after inhaling it.

Easy to apply. I don't use this every day. I use this from time to time if I think I have been exposed to germs. I come home and spray this in both nostrils and lie down for 5 minutes. Does not sting.
