I'm a fan of Life Extension supplements and wanted to give this one a go. Just taken one course so far but the day after I had the dandruff of my life ... If this was an effect of this supplement and works the same internally as it did externally than I think this is something to go ahead with. No side effects. The next morning, a small spot rosacea that wouldn't go away for months suddenly looked pale. This supplement seems promising.
