Easy to swallow because of the size. Dosage is high too and number of contents per bottle will last for months (4 of us is taking the same vitamin). I will be purchasing again.

I take vitamin D3 for more than 4-5 years. I take 5000 IU. This dose is too little for me, but I will complement the vitamin D3 that I accept through other additives. Good product at a bargain price.

What I like about this product is the fact that I can easily to change the dosage for the whole family. I give 1 to children in the summer and 2 in the winter. I (adult) take 2 in the summer and 4 in the winter. All can be done with the purchase of this one bottle with 360 softgels supply. Very convenient as to higher dosage bottle. I find with a low dosage, it’s easy to up your intake if required, whereas the reverse is not so. I've been taking these consistently. I recommend shaking the bottle every once in a while to make sure that the pills don't get stuck together. If they do, store in a cooler place and the pills should come apart. I like how this is sold in a large quantity if you have multiple people taking it at home.
