weird to get used to the feeling of it stuck to your elbow. I would definitely recommend just like the brand recommends, using it at night when you're in bed. I don't see a huge effect the next morning, but with 3 pouches, I'm willing to try it for 2 more sessions to at least moisturize the area in a new way

kinda like the heels patch from this brand if you manage to keep them secure in there place (maybe with elbow bandage or something...) they work - otherwise , when you move they come off

It does not stick well in elbow. Some does, most does not which is disappointing. I have to add band air or other tape to make it stick at least 4 hours. Cause they said it only works if u wear it min 4 hours, and best to use it to sleep. I don't know which part is oil gel. It does not feel gel or oil, it's a dry patch. I don't see significant differences

They don’t stick very well, but they did help a little with my dry elbow. Using an ointment or cream is more effective
