I used to take the one from Bluebonnet (which I loved), but I don't know why it's been out of stock for months, so I had no choice but to try another brand and I'm also very statisfied with this one ! I take one around 4PM and one just before sleeping, and I can say I have a better sleep quality (I usually have insomnia, of course I don't sleep like a baby just like a miracle, but still I got some more hours sleep which means a lot to me ^^"), so I'm happy about this product :) I just wish they stop making big packaging to give an impression that there is a lot more than others, though the bottle is half empty -.- It's just a waste of materials, takes too much space and is a pain to recycle, hopefully the designer-team will think more in an eco-friendly way soon ;-) So one star less for packaging

Exceptional Quality and the cleanest and purest magnesium bisglycinate product I have found with no fillers. A little expensive but I would rather pay a little extra for a quality product. I take 2-3 capsules before bed and my sleep is so much deeper and undisturbed (however it doesn't make me sleepy if I take it during the day perhaps just a little calmer) as this type of magnesium (glcyinate chelate) is really calming. A must have for anyone who needs help winding down. Also really helps with reducing muscle aches after workouts.

Although I have been a customer of iHerb for many years I have never before commented on any supplement. Many supplements you can take and never know if they do anything (good\bad) to your body. With this one you know! I take it against leg muscle cramps and it does wonders! It simply solves the problem. I only wish they'd reduce the packaging size, because if I'd buy Kirkman, and same applies to Bluebonnet, I'd need to purchase an extra set of drawers...

They said in the comments that it’s gentle on the stomach. Tried taking for 3 days before i hit the bed but can’t seem to help me sleep because i feel a bit of acid in my stomach. So for the meantime ibtake it easy taking it and sometimes i take it after dinner.

I take one capsule every night at bed time as I found that when I forget to take I sleep worse. This particular mag comes attached to an amino acid that also has a calming effect. It also chelate. It is a huge jar so lasts around 9 months. Recommended!

This works very well for me to help me relax, including relaxing muscles. I take a high dose (600 to 1000mg a day, that's 6 to 10 capsules, away from food, divided into 2 or 3 doses) and I haven't found it gives me the runs at all, unlike many other brands, which means they have high quantities of magnesium oxide. I only get benefits from this. Unfortunately it's far too expensive.

An excellent product, I have been taking this Magnesium for over 5 years, never a side effect like other Magnesiums, it helps for my heart and cramps.

This bottle turned out to be very beneficial. 250 capsules are endless! I take 1 cap before going to bed, as it relaxes and makes me sleep.

I have taken this magnesium bisglycinate for a period. It has improve my sleep quality drastically and my mood gets more relax and calm. Highly recommending this supplement for those who has sleep problem.
