I’m used to take probiotic every night for a long time, so I rotate products a lot to change some types of bacteria. I chose this one because it has enteric coated capsules which helps the bacteria to “survive” until arrives to your intestine. I have tried a lot of probiotics and this one is the best so far.

As usual I trust the probiotics from Jarrow. Yet this one requires a cold chain to maintain the potency, which I only notice after receiving it. I would caution future buyers on this.

My gut is a lot happier and more comfortable since I started taking this a week ago. It is helping with long-term, chronic problems related to lowered motility due to spinal trauma. I'm a happy camper! Definitely recommend this.
