I've been using this for the third bottle. My face has gotten a lot brighter. The Sun spot is still there. If I keep using it, I look forward to it disappearing. People say it smells like orange, but it's a little strong for me. But I'm going to keep using it.
The bottle of vitamin C and Retinol should be in white containers to reflect the light which is available in these bottles. The smell and color have never changed which is great - I tried other products in dark bottles, and the color and smell have changed because of the dark containers. I apply the vitamin C and then moisturize my skin in the morning; the evening routine with the retinol then moisturizes my skin. In both cases, I do a facial massage with the roller or even with fingers as it has a positive effect on skin blood flow. I can feel a light improvement in my skin- I will keep using it. I highly recommend it.

I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.
