Arnica is a wonder remedy for any kind of bruising injury, Except when there is broken skin! Never on broken skin!!! ( Then I use the Boirion homeopathic pellets. ) This arnica oil can be added to massage oil and lotions to give extra soothing relief to sore muscles from injury or just working out too hard in the gym or the garden. It's very good.
Wow I love this stuff! When I broke my leg and sprained ankle 2 months ago my heavily bruised foot and leg found relief from this Arnica oil and made my leg feel so much better. The only downside is that the oil can stain bed sheets so I usually make sure it is applied some time before bed so it can be absorbed into skin.
great product but it might stain you clothing so rub in well..i add the calendula oil, saint johns wort oil & essential oils 2 make it more effective.. i wish iherb sold the Trauma oil because all 3 are in one bottle!
also it is mixed with olive oil because olive oil is a good carrier oil so the bad reviewers dont understand how to use this product
this is a miracle. if you put it on your injury or sore joints, muscles right after you have injured or hurt yourself in most cases it goes away so quickly, overnight mostly (obviously depends on the kind of injury). it is an essential in my bathroom cabinet! highly recommended! Just be careful, it can stain your clothes
A bit expensive due to the small volume, I apply to my shoulders for swelling, there is no special feelings like hot or cold, effect is not overnight, not as magical as expected, will continue to finish the bottle to observe result
Great arnica oil, my only complaint is that they don’t specify the ratio of the arnica flower extract to the olive oil. I assume it’s high, because it truly work wonders on my shin splints, but I’d like to know exactly how much of the extract is there.
For people leaving bad reviews on the oil: the arnica flower isn’t oily, for us to be able to use it in this form, the flower has to be pressed with an external oil.
