Smells wonderfully coconut-y. It's sorta heavy on the hair, but I think it's better to use heat protector than not. If I put too much, it weighs down my hair when I curl it.

Okay so it's hard to tell exactly if a heat protection spray for hair works but I've been using this before styling with flat iron and my hair doesn't seem fried? Although I've been also using hair masks and such. Scent is very nice. Spray nozzle works fine too.
