Really great for the ingredients and nutrients included. Really hard to find other multivitamin supplements complete like this one and at a reasonable price. Good quality. Acceptable taste. And easy to swallow for the size. The package is nice.

With this, I stopped taking other suppliment. It covers most of vitamin I need for daily activity. Just purchased 2 and maybe more at next purchase.
I’ve tried most supps this product is the best multi vit hands down! Yes better than animal pak and it’s only 3 tablets a serve not 15 Great energy throughout the day where I usually get tired( landscaper for work) Highly recommend this don’t waste your money on anything else
I bought them for myself as I started exercising regularly and heard good things about this product. As I am a small Asian woman (and I do not do too much intense exercise) I take just one tablet. I think it works, but honestly it is hard to tell. On the other hand, my husband who is an auto repair technician takes them and claims they work really well.

ANAVITE includes many kinds of vitamin, it is really excellent. But tablets are a little bit too big to me.
