I love these bars! Some reviewers are complaining about the taste, I actually really like them, not too sweet and satisfy my mid afternoon sugar craving. That being said, I am vegetarian for 26 years and don't eat any sugar, so if you like your bars on the extra sweet side these are not for you. .
Garden Of Life is a top brand. All their flavours are pretty good and the S'mores is OK but to be honest other brands do the S'mores flavour better. Only other downside is the price. But hey, you get what you pay for as these guys know their stuff and don't use crap ingredients.
This protein bar is my favorite vegan protein bar! I have made these a staple in my vegan diet :) They give me a boost of energy and fill me up. They do have a slight grittiness to them however I really like that part :) Try them and you will not be sorry! Not too sweet. The benefit that I can take it anywhere.
I add little chia seed with cornflakes or raw oats and soak with milk. They don't have any special taste but can make you feel full.

Taste and texture is good. Regarding if help with weight loss, not much comment as I cannot rely on this as a meal replacement (not enough for me). But it’s a good snack

taste so so but I coat with peanut butter or mixed nuts butter. Well, put aside taste, it's really aids in weight lost if replace one meal per day, lost about 3kgs in a week !
Garden of Life products are in my favoraite list. they are manufacturing quality products and this is one among them. It is not super delicious but taste-wise okay for those who wanted to reduce weight
