However, it is high quality, benefit and excellent for food digestion the result was great with me. and it is enough that when I take it I found that it is easy to swallow and also I do not have any concern because it is a ingredients that is all 100% natural organic.
These are the greatest digestive enzymes I’ve ever used. Yes they are super expensive but as someone who suffers no matter what I eat, plus with leaky gut, these make me feel normal when I eat. Without them I get reflux, indigestion and upset stomach but just 1 of these before I eat literally eliminates every problem I have.

Garden of Life is a benchmark for quality in the supplement industry. They are dedicated to filler-less, natural products and I completely respect that. However, I can’t say that this product did much for my digestion. I’ve been taking 1-2 capsules with food with very little noticeable difference in gas & bloating.
