I enjoy this soup as a quick, at the office kind of lunch that is high in fiber. If you want to make it taste extra special, pour it out of the serving cup it comes in and put it into a bowl, top with salsa, avocado and sour cream. Dip into it with tortilla chips and you've got yourself something quite filling and tasty for lunch! :) The package size is the perfect amount.
It's okay. I was surprised at how long it took to make it. It's definitely not a quick lunch for how small it is. It got a little mushy, too and was more like pureed black beans than soup. There are better options out there for the price.
I really enjoyed this soup mix! It has a slightly spicy, tangy lime flavor to it, and is really high protein and fairly low calorie. Just add water, wait and mix. Be sure to mix well though, otherwise the beans and powder will form clumps at the bottom of the cup.
