This was my first venture into all natural for my allergies. Prescription and over the counter barely helped but this has made my life wonderful. Not only does it help with quick relief taking it over time has improved my allergy/sinus issues. You can dose up when the season gets bad. I have been advised I can take up to 6 tabs a day! <3

I am so glad to have found this!! Most pharmaceutical (OTC or prescription) allergy meds disturb my sleep, give me a rapid heart rate and don’t really end up helping my allergy symptoms much anyway. I love the natural ingredients in this and the benefits are amazing! When I found & started taking this years ago I finally found relief from my fall allergy (mostly ragweed) symptoms!!! I make sure to always have this on hand before the fall hits. During peak pollen highs, I use two in the morning and two in the evening, but during lower pollen days I only use one-two per day.
