I've tried several brands of organic decaf from iHerb, but this one is on the stronger side. It also has a slightly bitter taste. There is little acidity. People who don't like it a bit bitter will probably have different opinions. However, the shelf life is short. I don't know if they originally made it shorter, but it is the shortest whole bean I've purchased over the years, so I don't know if it's fresh. Is it because of the darkness that makes it taste bitter? Is it because the shelf life is short? So, I ordered one of each of the four coffee bean brands, and I am drinking this first. The good thing is that the opening and closing part is convenient and the zipper bag is long, so the coffee beans do not spill. Other coffee beans have an expiration date written on them, but this one doesn't... so I'm worried about ordering it again. I like strong, dark coffee, but I drink decaf for my health, but the lightness of decaf has always bothered me, but this is not that bad! (I received one with less than three months left until the expiration date)
