I could tell after 2 of these tablets I feel more mellow and calmer in my actions. It certainly comes handy when you have pms or young kids to take care of too. I like that these tablets are small and they dissolve quickly in my mouth so I won’t worry about meals that I’d have right after or drinking anything too.

I’ve used this product for a long time. Have to keep it on hand as it’s wonderful to be able to put a tablet under your tongue and feel stress relief almost immediately. I also use it when I am having restless night. One tablet usually relaxes me to point where I can get restful sleep.

The Boiron Stress Calm Meltaway tablets work. I used it on a trip where I would be interacting with a lot of people. While I'd normally grow quiet after some time, I found I was upbeat, attentive, and energetic all while not having that usual anxious edge to me. However, as with all new things, I'd suggest easing into it. I took a single tablet which was enough to last me for the entire day. The following day, I took another, but I found myself becoming much more emotional. It was the only thing I had changed about my usual routine. It can have pros and cons. I still use it sometimes when I feel myself growing anxious or frustrated; when I need a bit of that calm. It's easy to take as you just allow it to melt underneath your tongue. It doesn't have much flavor. They're transparent about the ingredients. Overall, it's a decent product. Quality's good. Good to have on hand, and the packaging is easy to carry with or toss into a bag.

It’s a great product .. usually on the days that I feel very anxious specially with kids and distance learning I take two pills and it does help I also do the same on the days that I can’t get sleep I take two before bedtime and it makes wonders…

These are great for even mild stress and anxiety. These were advised as part of a reign from my homeopath. As I have gotten older, I find that I have some anxiety in the evening. taking a couple of stress Calm's, it really helps.

Taste is pleasant and I did feel calmer after taking two. The only downside is that my mouth was itching for a few minutes. It may be that I am sensitive to some of the ingredients but I think these are great and would repurchase.
