This 8 mushroom complex is the best one that I could find that contained all of the mushrooms that I was looking for. The mushrooms are excellent at boosting your immunity and with the added cordyceps they give you energy and stamina. I also liked that they increase your clarity and brain functions. Needless o say I am sold on them.

I've only been taking these pills for about 5 days, and I can definitely tell the difference they're making. mushroom complex is good in general for your immune system and this product is confirming giving energy and focusing plus help with the stress.. thats why i want to try it.. i habe brought before the mushroom complex powder but did not like the taste thats why i brought the tablets and this brand in general is really good

ALL it contains is mycellium and substrate. It states "premium mushroom complex" The Mycellium is just the root structure ground up with substrate which has very little nutrition.It is not mushroom complex- as it has no fruiting body. Price wise it is cheap- but in reality it is not- because nutritionally, it is a waste of money.

My husband loves these and tells me they help so much with the mid day slump.
