I love this all natural product. I have health issues and can not take regular cough medicine. It is very effective. 2 teaspoons at night or whenever needed stops my cough. . I highly recommend this product. The company is great too and the delivery is quick.

Was expecting it to be bitter but it wasn’t that bad. I much prefer drinking this during the day, as sometimes it causes me to cough up the phlegm. So drinking it at night may disturb sleep
