The taste is good however I can understand how someone who is used to eating sweets might dislike the flavor. It does do what it says and helps all sorts of strange stomach, intestine and gut issues. I took the whole bottle and was satisfied. I do want to mention that changing the diet to include more natural and organic foods that are closer to those foods found in nature would assist in the long term beneficial effects of taking this product.
