The ingredients list is a good one, supposed to work. However, the pills smell very bad and I noticed no effect at all. Neither on hair nor skin nor nails, while my nails are usually very responsive (grow faster) for all pills of such kind.

These are great tablet for me specially for my hair. i have noticed huge difference . It actually contributes in keeping hair strong , and making hair grow faster. I take 2 tablets in a week as i dont want to take too much. These tablets are very strong and i have to drink lots of water to keep my urine clear after lots of biotin which is in this tablet.
