I can't say for certain, but I do like the fact that it doesn't have a ton of other "ingredients" like so many other supplements. I much rather have only the product I need. Not the other add-ins. As far as taste, I DON"T CARE. There are soooooooo many complaints about taste when it comes to supplements that it ridiculous. It mixes well for me and I can't even tell you how it tastes because I simple down it. When I want something tasty I will order a cheese cake and the fat that goes with it.

i just have to give 5 stars as this is so affordable n i only consume before my work out.. i do not notice massive muscle growth, as i do not intend to build explosive muscle group. but i m leaner and firmer. i guess that what i want. 😊 oh it provides me super energy as well..
