I use it for oil pulling, in my bath salt recipe, in coffee, cooking and also as a body moisturizer (don't use coconut oil on your face!). The price is great for the quantity of oil. Healthy and extremely useful.
Tried several popular brands from iHerb and I still prefer this Nature's Way Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. Nice product and great quality, taste is amazing and I use it for cooking and even frying eggs. Small spoon to Amy food makes anything taste great. I will continue buying and I have been buying and repeating already. Size is ok same as all other brands for coconut oil.

I love this oil. I use it mostly for oil pulling and this is the only one that doesn’t makes me gag in the morning. My mouth feels so detoxified after 10 mins of oil pulling with this oil.
