My son grinds his teeth and magnesium is the only thing that helps. We have tried half a dozen different brands and he has refused to eat all of them - except the Bubble Gum Big Friends brand. Often he tries to negotiate to get extras! I am so thankful for this product. The grinding has greatly lessened and we all sleep better!

my picky eater liked this one, BUT doesnt like it when she has to take more than one, the flavour goes from being 'yum' to being a bit too much, if that makes sense, so I like to combine it with another magnesium brand so she has variety in flavour. meanwhile I think they smell amazing and just like bubble gum! meanwhile my other kids love the taste of this one.

Great product! I buy this for my son who has horrible ticks and this is the only thing that reduces the ticks in 90% together with vitamin b 6 and 12 and folic acid. Iherb is the only place I found the exact amount and quality.
