I like that this is a broad range product of various pre-biotic fibres, including mushroom and kiwi fruit which I think is a lot more of a biodiversive mix than other fibre blends. I like the fact it is tasteless, actually sweet from the inulin and it dissolves well in a warm or hot drink. I dont like the fact that it contains a corn sugar derivative ( although it is non GMO) It has also made me gain 4lbs and constipating for me. I normally buy the unflavoured Garden of Life fibre but it was out of stock. I have not found another pre-biotic fiber that is as good. I also have a sensitivity to inulin so this should be taken in to account when reading this. I take this fibre with a probiotic. I take the probiotic in the evening and the pre-biotic in the morning

I did a poop test and there were several probiotics that I was lacking. Besides getting Innovix probiotics product, I also got this one. My nutritionist encouraged me to take at least 30 different types of plant-based food to feed my gut bacteria and while I've been getting it, this product provides more types that you wouldn't normally consume or find difficult to get like: - Tapioca Isomalto-oligosaccharides (IMO) - Resistant Potato Starch - Tapioca resistant starch - Acacia seyal gum - Larch (Larix laricina) Arabinogalactan (AG) - Cane sugar short chain Fructooligosaccharides (scFOS) - Chicory root Inulin - Green banana (Musa paradisiana) Powder - Corn Xylo-oligosaccharide (XOS) - Green Kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa) Powder - Guar Seed Galactomannan - Mushroom Chitin-glucan - Konjac A (Amorphophallus konjac) Yam (Glucomannan) lol. so this is a good find as it mixes and compacts the above into an easy-to-use package. Also, something else my nutritionist mentioned was it's not about a high quantity but the different types of plant-based food that you'd extract maximum benefit for your gut health.
