Coconut flour has so many versatile uses to it like baking, making desserts, chewy health snack bars, chutneys, etc. Not only has coconut flour many uses, but also many health benefits to it - helps keep blood sugar stable, aids digestive health, reduce heart diseases risk factors, aids healthy weight management, gluten and grain free.
I think this is currently the cheapest coconut flour for 454g / 1lb on iHerb (unless you’re willing to get a bigger portion) and that’s why I bought this. Generally speaking, coconut flour is cheaper than almond flour I think, so I tend to use more coconut flour when I can.

Excellent flour, finely ground, delicate coconut smell. I use it as a base for keto porridge (mixed with ground chia and flax), for baking breads, tortillas and as a combination with keto flours. The packaging is high quality, but I transferred it to an airtight container, because coconut flour tends to absorb moisture.

I use this to make keto mug cakes, you don't need to use so much since coconut flour is so absorbent. This was on sale so I bought it..i am glad I did as it has a totally different texture and taste to normal flour- I like it very much and it is good to bake with..I would buy it again and if you want to avoid wheat flour then this is a good alternative and texture is nice too
