Epsom bath: Add salt to a warm bath as needed and soak. 

Foot soak: Add salt to a large pan of warm water as needed. Soak feet for as long as you desire. Rinse and dry.

Gardening applications methods:

Better tomatoes: Add a tablespoon to the soil below a tomato plant to boost growth.

Beautiful roses: Add a tablespoon a week to the soil around rose bushes before watering for faster growth.

Slug removal: Sprinkle in the infested area to deter slugs.
